My first post! Since this is the Fireboard component, I'll talk about how to customize your forum. First, you obviously want your own avatars, something that relates to the product you're selling on your site..

There's a million places to find avatars, I personally used Flicker.com.

After installing Fireboard, go to:

media manager/fbfiles/avatars/gallery

Here you can delete the current pics and upload new pics from your desktop! Refresh front end and there you go!
